DJ Ollie Sanders – Miami Events Review

As temperatures soar into the 90′s, July and August are heating up nicely in Miami. Every summer, there are an abundance of scorching Miami events to get yourselves too. As a DJ and Producer here in Miami, I will be giving readers of Miami Pudding the lowdown on which events and parties to circle on your calendar…so get your party hat on and buckle up.

SATURDAYS at SPACE: Saturday the 23rd of July heats up with The Terrace playing host to the stellar Space Residents: Louis Puig, Patrick M, and Lazardi. The trio have been rocking the Space terrace for over 10 years! Holding the fort to one of the USA’s elite nightclubs, Saturdays at Space is a must for the serious clubber. Starting at 11pm Saturday night, the terrace is infamous for its after-hours which will roll on until late Sunday afternoon. Bring your shades! 10/10 Tickets: clubspace.com

SUNDAZE at THE SHORE CLUB:  Sunday July 17th sees Miami’s No.1 Sunday Pool Party in full swing. Presented by local celebrity English John, Resident DJ Jason Vernau, and new manager (after the departure of Christophe Baraton who recently moved to San Francisco to take on a new project within the Morgans Group) Matt Gentile, who has stepped up the operation of The Shore Club and is constantly adding more excitement to the already infamous pool party. Last month involved international DJ Junior Sanchez who rocked the place.

This party is always a good time and runs from noon to 8pm. You might find yourself mingling with the stars as this event is always thriving with the hottest clientele and A-list celebrities. Last week, NFL future hall of fame wide receiver, Terrell Owens, was seen partying here. Hosted by Ana Natalie and Jicamon, you’re always invited down to join in the fun. Rocking the lineup for this event will be DJ’s Jason Vernau, Tavin Reiter, myself, Ollie Sanders

WEDNESDAYS at VITA LOUNGE. This night seems to attract the crème de la crème. Exquisite dining and great music, and two rooms, one inside and one open air. This place has people rocking out through the night, and popping bottles all around. Dress to impress that’s for sure. It gets packed so arrive early, and make reservations for tables. www.vita-miami.com

Miami Sunset Music Festival 2011: Saturday July 30th sees the return of the Sunset Music Festival, for those that like their music dirty and uplifting, and want to take their party to the next level, you should check this event out.
